October’s Green Read: Boho Magazine

There are so many people turning trash into treasure, reclaiming textiles for high profile fashion, and making “going green” both a trend and a style – it’s almost hard to keep up! Now you can get the latest eco-style wrapped in an eco-package and delivered for your reading pleasure every season. Which is exactly why this October, we turn your attention to Boho Magazine.

Just a little over a year old (fall 2008 was their first issue), Boho has a friendly, sharp design and is a pleasure to page turn. Each cover also boasts “100% re-cycled, re-styled, and re-used,” a reminder to one of Boho’s best features: the magazine is the first fashion magazine to be 100% recycled in their paper, packaging and inks. That’s quite a milestone in the in-flux print industry. From the catwalk, to beauty product reviews to new ways you can host a party – even the quintessential health and fitness tips – Boho has everything you’d expect from a newsstand fashion magazine. The difference? It’s green. It’s awesome to pour through a substantial amount of eco products that are available now, as well as very hip.
